Gillian Pendlebury

Gillian joined Accountant & Administrative Staffing in 2007, bringing a strong background in administrative, client service, and human resource support roles. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Gillian specialized in administrative, office management, and entry-level accounting and finance recruitment. In 2013, she earned her CPHR designation and became a Partner in 2016.

In her role as Director, Operations, Gillian oversees and optimizes the operational functions that support recruitment consultants, leads performance management initiatives, and drives continuous improvement across the organization.

Gillian’s strategic mindset, operational expertise, and positive leadership style make her a key contributor to the firm’s ongoing success.
