Troy joined the firm in 2006 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and became Co-owner in January 2010. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant whose experience includes nine years with Ernst & Young’s Halifax, Perth (Australia), and Toronto offices.

His background in audit, accounting, taxation, and advisory roles enables him to clearly understand client needs and match them with highly qualified accounting and finance professionals.

Troy has built an extensive professional network and has been highly successful working with Professional Accountants across a wide range of industries.

Troy serves on the Board of Directors for the Re-Jigged Celtic Music Festival and previously served on the boards of ALS Nova Scotia and the Acadia University Alumni Association.
